Thank you to those who have completed this form previously. We do, however, have about 15 families who haven't yet filled in their details.
Some of you may have informed us (over the phone) that you give consent but we really do need this electronically.
There are lots of photos on the newsletter today of the Christmas productions and sifting through consent forms is a job in itself. Having the information electronically becomes a much easier process.
Please therefore, can you ensure this is done by the end of the day.
