Dear parents/carers,

As you know we are now using Google Classrooms as an online learning platform. It is already making a difference to the way that our children learn in the classroom. One of its many features is that it enables us to create and distribute simple surveys to multiple users. This is something that I have done today and, as such, I would appreciate if you could spare 5 minutes to complete this. The survey is about the lockdown experience your child went through before the summer holidays. The survey can be accessed across multiple devices and will close on Friday 16th October at 12pm.
